How to get here

Campitello di Fassa can be reached by car along the Great Dolomites Road (SS48), a few minutes from Canazei and Pozza di Fassa and about an hour from Bolzano. The village is served by the Val di Fassa local buses and lies on the route of the Sella Ronda, the famous ski and summer circuit around the Sella group.

• From Canazei: a few minutes by car or local bus.
• From Pozza di Fassa and Vigo di Fassa: a few minutes along the SS48.
• From Moena and lower Val di Fassa: about 20-30 minutes by car.
• Ski lifts: close to the Col Rodella cable car, access to the Sella Ronda.

In the area

Campitello di Fassa is the ideal starting point for the UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites: the Sella group, the Sassolungo, the Sella Pass and the Pordoi Pass are just a few minutes away by car or lift. In winter the village is part of the Dolomiti Superski area; in summer it is a base for hikes and walks to mountain pastures and huts. After a day on the slopes or the trails, the restaurant is the right place to stop, with a view of the mountains you have just explored.
